• If you choose Crypto as the payment method, you will be taken to Coinbase Commerce, where you can make the payment. Here are the instructinos by Coinbase: https://help.coinbase.com/en/how-to-make-a-payment.

1. Click “Buy Now” to add the items you like to your cart.
2. Go to checkout page when you got everything.
3. Choose the payment method you would like to use.
   • To pay with your PayPal account, choose PayPal.
   • To pay with a credit/debit card, also choose PayPal.
   • To pay with BTC, or few other cryptos, choose Crypto.
4. Now enter your email and name, if you have a discount code, then enter that too.
5. Click on “Purchase“.
   • If you chose PayPal as a payment method, you will be taken to PayPal, where you can make the payment.
   • To pay with a credit/debit card, click on the “Pay with Debit or Credit Card” button (or if this button doesn’t exist, then on “Create An Account”) on Paypal page, then fill in your card details and click “Agree & Pay”.
   • If you chose Crypto, then you will be taken to Coinbase Commerce, where you can make the payment.
6. After the payment is done you will be redirected to a download page, where you can download your file(s) and you will also receive a purchase receipt on your email with the download link(s) (check your spam/junk folder if you can’t find this email and mark it as not spam/junk if it did end up in there for some reason).

No, when you make a purchase, an account is created for you automatically and the details will be sent to your email (check your spam folder, if you can’t find the email).

There are 3 ways to download your theme/cards/chips after your purchase:

1. Right after the payment is complete you will be redirected to the purchase confirmation page, where you can download your files.*
2. You also get a purchase receipt email right after the purchase with the download links. If you can’t find this email, then check your spam/junk folder and mark it as not spam/junk, if it did end up in there for some reason.
3. There is also an account created for you automatically during the purchase and the login information is sent to your email, so you can just login to your account and download your theme/cards/chips from there. If you can’t find this email, then check your spam/junk folder and mark it as not spam/junk, if it did end up in there for some reason.

*Sometimes the payment confirmation from the payment processor doesn’t come instantly and the download links won’t appear. When this happens, then just refresh the page after a few seconds and you should see your download links.

1. First, read the included “README” or “Instructions” file, which includes installation instructions and other useful information.
2. Run the theme installer and follow the on-screen instructions.
3. If you need any help, just let me know what problem you have (always helpful if you send screenshots if possible) and I will help you get the theme working.

• If absolutely nothing about the theme isn’t working, then you most likely installed it into a wrong folder.
• Read the included installation instructions again and follow the steps in the installation instruction video. If done correctly, the theme will work.

• If the theme still isn’t working, then:

1. Reply to the ‘Purchase from PokerTableThemes.eu‘ email (check your spam folder, if you can’t find it).
2. Tell which poker site you are playing on (if you play on some regional license).
3. Attach a screenshot (very important) of how the table looks for you, so it’s possible to see what might be wrong and help you get it to work.

• Yes, but you can only use them on computers that YOU own and use yourself.
• You are not allowed to sell or otherwise distribute the themes/cards to anyone else.
• If you distribute the themes/cards in any way to anyone else, you risk losing access to the themes/cards you bought.

1. First try reinstalling the theme. In most cases this fixes it.
2. If the theme still doesn’t work, then log-in to your account and see, if I’ve already made an update, which you can download and install
3. If I haven’t yet made an update, then let me know, that there was an update on “poker site x” and “the theme y” doesn’t work anymore (also include a screenshot showing what exactly doesn’t work anymore). I will then update the theme and will also notify you, when you can download the new version.

Although this hasn’t happened yet on any poker site*, but it is possible, that at some point some poker site makes such changes, that it is not possible to use custom themes anymore. If this does happen, then you just have to use the theme this poker site provides – there aren’t any other options.

* Except WPN, which was the first poker site in history to do it on 10th June 2020.

• When you make a purchase, you will automatically get an account, and you will also be logged in.
• Then you can change the randomly generated password from “Edit Profile“, but you don’t have to do it right away.
• If you don’t change your password right after making a purchase and you want to log in later, then just use the “Forgot Password” form, which you can access from the “Log-in” page.
• After logging in, you will be automatically redirected to a page, which contains all the download links for the themes you have bought in the past year.

* If you made your purchase before June 2018 and haven’t bought anything after that, then you don’t have an account, because this system was put in place in June 2018.

This ensures, that the themes that need more frequent updates will be updated and will be working with the latest versions of the poker client software. And the themes that don’t need frequent updates, you can keep using without re-purchasing.

In general, most of the table arrangement and hotkey programs work with all kinds of table themes. But if you want to know for sure, then you should ask the developer of the (table arrangement/hotkey) software you are using, because they know their software the best. Just ask if their software works with custom table themes and send them the link to the theme page you are interested in, so they can take a look at it if needed and can give you an answer.

Unfortunately not, all the themes only work on Windows.
But you can still use them on a Mac, if you use some Windows emulation software (there are plenty of them out there to choose from, just search for “Windows emulator for Mac” and find your favourite). But first make sure that the poker site you are playing on works fine on your chosen emulator.

Yes, all the PartyPoker themes work on all the PartyPoker and Bwin clients.

If you are playing on a global player pool, then yes, it will work.
If you are playing on some US site, then it probably won’t work. But to make sure, you can send me a screenshot of how the tables look in your 888 client. If they use the latest software, then the themes will work

• If you have already downloaded the theme or deck, then because it is a digital product, and it is not possible to return it – it will not be refunded.*
• If you have not yet downloaded any files, and you discover you accidentally bought the wrong product, then it can be either refunded or exchanged with another product.

*As with all the rules, exceptions can be made for special cases. I will do my best to help you find the best solution for your particular case.
