Access Your Purchases

To download your files, click on the “View Details and Downloads” link above.

Troubleshooting:

  • Not seeing your purchases? Make sure you’re logged in (go to My Account > Log In).
  • After that, go to My Account > My Purchases.
  • Still not seeing purchases? Try logging out (My Account > Log Out) and log back in again (seems to happen sometimes after resetting your password).
