Access Your Purchases
To download your files, click on the “View Details and Downloads” link above.
Troubleshooting:
- Not seeing your purchases? Make sure you’re logged in (go to My Account > Log In).
- After that, go to My Account > My Purchases.
- Still not seeing purchases? Some users were affected by a software update in November 2025 where they can’t see their purchases. If this applies to you, let me know and I’ll refresh your account. After that, simply refresh this page to access your purchases. Sorry for the inconvenience.
